For New Clients - vaccination records for your pet must be faxed, emailed or postal mailed
to us to arrive at least five (5) days prior to your arrival

Just a Reminder - Bokhara Pet Resort doesn't provide interactive play groups
for dogs over 25 lbs - we have individual activities available for the larger dogs.

There are no early arrival/depart times before 8:00am or after 9:00pm on any day

The State of Michigan only requires that all dogs over 6 months of age must be vaccinated for Rabies, but in 2020 Antrim County, Michigan started requiring that all dogs being boarded in a pet care facility in Antrim County must also have a current Rabies Vaccination Certificate on file with the pet care facility.
Antrim County, Michigan no longer accepts the standard Proof of Vaccination Records issued by your vet - they now require all professional pet care facilities to have a photocopy or scan of your dog's Rabies Vaccination Certificate on file in their facility. This certification lists the manufacturer of the vaccine along with the lot & serial number of the vaccine. This certificate is signed by the doctor who administered the vaccine to your dog. This is not a copy of the normal record with a list of all vaccinations your dog has received and their expiration dates - this is the certificate you are required to have when you apply for your annual dog license.
Bokhara requires that you provide us with a complete list of all vaccinations your pet has received AND for dogs only a copy of that RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE at least five (5) day prior to your arrival date.
