ONLINE RESERVATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED STAY.  IF YOUR REQUEST IS CLOSER THAT 3 DAYS TO YOUR DEPATURE DATE - PLEASE PHONE OUR OFFICE (231) 264-5855 TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION BY PHONE. Lless than a 3-Day On-Line request is not a confirmed reservation until you hear back from our staff to confirm. If you don't hear back within 24 Hours - Call Us - (231) 264-5855.  All required vaccinations must be current at the time of arrival with copies of the updated records in our office a minimum of three (3) days prior to arrival date. Returning Clients may fax, email or postal mail a copy of the most current vaccinations directly to us. You can always have your veterinarian fax us (231) 264-6667, or email us the records to [email protected]  The State of Michigan only requires that all dogs over 6 months of age must be vaccinated for Rabies, but in 2020 Antrim County, Michigan started requiring that all dogs being boarded in a pet care facility in Antrim County must also have a current Rabies Vaccination Certificate (for dogs only) on file with the pet care facility.  Antrim County, Michigan no longer accepts the standard Proof of Vaccination Records issued by your vet - they now require all professional pet care facilities to have a photocopy or scan of your dog's Rabies Vaccination Certificate on file in their facility. This certification lists the manufacturer of the vaccine along with the lot & serial number of the vaccine.  This certificate is signed by the doctor who administered the vaccine to your dog.  This is not a copy of the normal record with a list of all vaccinations your dog has received and their expiration dates - this is the certificate you are required to have when you apply for your annual dog license.  Bokhara requires that you provide us with a complete list of all vaccinations your pet has received AND for dogs only a copy of that RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. We can not accept your dog for pet care unless the Rabies Vaccination Certificate is on file in our office.
