Wildlife Critters: Our grounds are filled with wildlife which will catch the attention of our visiting guests (and their owners). It is not uncommon to see deer, a flock of 17+ wild turkeys (and babies), gaggles of geese & mallards, the occasional evening raccoon, hopping bunny rabbits (and babies), and many varieties of squirrels & chipmunks while on a nature walk throughout our beautiful grounds. Our many bird feeders attract a lovely assortment of colorful birds for our enjoyment (as well as yours). All of our Nature Woods Walks and Hikes are on-lead through the stately white pine forest which lines the driveway into our resort. Our playtime sessions are off lead within our multiple fenced areas where pet guests can play frisbee or Tball with their assigned PetPal. Just a Reminder - Bokhara Pet Resort does not provide interactive play groups for dogs over 25 lbs. We have individual activities available for the larger dogs.
Day Boarding During Daily Business Hours
Is a "No Frills" safe and secure place for your pet to stay for the day. Includes a private indoor/outdoor accommodation, raised resting cot, and soft fleece bedding for that day. You may bring a snack or a meal for your pet while here for that day.
Any of our fun play activities can be added at the ala-carte pricing. Just add-on a Garden Stroll, 1/4 mile or 1/2 mile Nature Walk or a PlayTime Session for just $5. Other fun activities are also offered.
Day Boarding Hours Monday, Thursday & Friday 8am-5:30pm & Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday 8am-4pm. Meals from home will be fed if desired. Add-on any of our extra daily activities for a great time! Small World day boarding pets participate at no additional charges in our play groups.
Day Camps (Day or Swim Camp) For Non-Lodging Pets During Front Desk Office Hours
Just For The Day Play for busy pet parent's with an active pet. Please bring your pet's afternoon snack. Includes 1/2 Mile Long Walk With Swimming Session (or the Full Mile Stretch), and two Playtime Session. Hours Monday, Thursday & Friday 8am-5:30 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday 8am-4pm. Includes all activities, towels, your provided lunch, and a large sized enclosure for resting. Note: If we are unable for any reason to provide all of the listed activities we will substitute with other activities as determined by our staff. For the more sedate pet the long session will be substituted for the more sedate sessions. (Swimming is Seasonal). The difference between the Day Camp & Board Camp is swimming is included in the Swim Camps. There is not a swim session during the Day/Board Camp. Please bring your pet's afternoon snack. Includes 1/2 Mile Nature Walk With Swimming Session (or the Full Mile Stretch), and two Playtime Session.
Lodging Guests - Board & Swim Camp just for overnight lodging guests includes all of the activities offered to the Day/Swim Campers at a reduced price for the overnight guests.
